Saku is an authentic Japanese pork cutlet restaurant located in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Having an all year round heated patio, Saku seats a total of 26 guests. Saku specializes in Japanese pork cutlet in which we use only the finest ingredients to make all of our dishes memorable.
Our pork is Canadian raised without the use of hormones. Our chef carefully selects only the finest cuts which have the perfect marbling and fat.
Traditional Japanese-style restaurant, featuring lots of wood, and used a pale colour palette to create a contemporary aesthetic space.
